Pan American

The Pan American U20 Championship is also on the list of achievements that Noah Lyles has. He participated in the 2015 series which were held in Edmonton. He won a gold medal for the 200m race and a silver medal for the 100m race.

Let’s start with his youth days. Noah Lyles made a huge impact in the World U20 Championship in 2016 as the fetched 2 gold medals – one for the 100m sprint and one for the 4x100m medley in Bydgoszcz. He also won a silver medal in the 2013 World Youth Championship in Donetsk in the medley relay.

After joining the ‘big guys’, he managed to win 2 gold medals in the 2019 World Championship in Doha. The first gold medal was for his 200m sprint and the second one was for the 4x100m relay. Mind you, he was only 21 at this time.

Diamond League

The Diamond League is a series of elite athletic competitions and sits in the top tier of the World Athletics one-day meeting competitions. Noah Lyles dominated this competition in the past few years. He managed to win the gold medal for the 200m race in the 2017, 2018, and 2019 series. He also won the gold medal for the 100m race in 2019.


Considering the fact that Noah has already racked up some amazing achievements, many believe that the best is yet to come. Some even consider him as Usain Bolt’s successor. We are yet to see that, but we can tell you that we are excited to see what the future holds for this youngster.
