The senior women's race winner at the European Cross Country Championships reflects on a "really tough" race

Sifan Hassan was a dominant winner of the senior women’s race at the European Cross Country Championships in Hyères, France, on Sunday.

She later described the race as having been "really tough".

"Eight kilometres for me is like a marathon!" added the European 1500m champion.
