Ali Kaya improved on his runner-up spot from last year to claim the senior men’s title at the European Cross Country Championships in Hyères, France, on Sunday.

Turkey's Kaya secured victory ahead of Spain's Alemayehu Bezabeh and after the race he spoke about his win, the Hyères course and how he prepared for the race.
