World pole record-holder Mondo Duplantis takes on a number of European Indoor Champs medallists on Thursday in Uppsala

Mondo Duplantis will face European Indoor champion Emmanouil Karalis and the bronze medallist from Apeldoorn, Sondre Guttormsen, in the Mondo Classic on Thursday evening – and you can watch the action live here.

The fourth edition of the event takes place in Uppsala, Sweden, on March 13 and it comes less than a month after Duplantis soared to his latest world record of 6.27m in France.

Karalis of Greece shared gold at the European Indoor Championships this month with Menno Vloon of the Netherlands, with Guttormsen of Norway third in that event.

Ersu Şaşma of Turkey, who was fifth in last year’s Olympics, plus former world record-holder Renaud Lavillenie of France are also due to compete at this World Indoor Tour Silver meeting.
