Anyika Onuora has returned to the country 'where it all started' in Melbourne in 2006 and has reflected on her Commonwealth Games experiences and the importance of the event.

The sprinter is the Team England co-captain and is entered for three events - the 400m, 4x100m and 4x400m - at the Gold Coast Games.
