World U20 and European U18 medallists are among the athletes selected for the British teams competing in the Berlin U20 Match on August 5 and the Manchester International on August 15.
European 3000m gold medallist Thomas Keen (pictured) will headline the team for the Berlin event on Sunday.
The match, which takes place ahead of the European Championships getting under way in the German capital on Monday, sees Great Britain & Northern Ireland take on France and Germany in 10 events.
After taking gold in Gyor, Hungary, last month, Keen will compete internationally once again, this time in the men’s 1500m.
He will be joined in Germany by world under-20 110m hurdles finalist Jason Nicholson and European under-18 pole vault fifth-placer Jade Spencer-Smith.
British javelin bronze medallist Bethan Rees and fellow national under-20 leaders Isabella Hilditch (100m hurdles), Lauren Williams (400m hurdles) and Daniel James Thomas (shot put) are also selected.
World under-20 gold medallist and British junior record-holder in the men’s hammer, Jake Norris, and under-18 world leaders Max Burgin (800m) and Dominic Ogbechie (high jump) head the team for the Manchester International.
Their fellow Gyor champion over 800m, Keely Hodgkinson, will also take to the track in Manchester for the first time since winning gold.
Double world under-20 medallist in the women’s 100m and 4x100m, Kristal Awuah, runs in the individual event in Manchester, while fellow 4x100m medallist Vera Chinedu heads the relay team.
