It's pretty simple, really. Without athletics clubs, the sport wouldn’t exist.

Without the selfless dedication of the volunteer coaches, administrators, committee members – those who stick up their hands to get the job done – the opportunities would just not be there for athletes of every age and ability to train, take part and compete.
