Starbucks – get active and be rewarded with a drink at Starbucks every week (handcrafted drinks only, Bronze and Silver members must earn 9 points per week to unlock this reward)
iTunes – get active and be rewarded with a song download from iTunes every month. You could get up to £20 iTunes credit depending on your Vitality status
Why not take advantage of the 50% discount (a joining fee will apply) on flexible individual monthly gym membership fees at Virgin Active Health Clubs? Even better is that a trip to the gym is worth 10 Vitality points, enough to unlock a cinema ticket and a hot drink at Starbucks.
While elite runners might replace their running shoes every 300-500 miles, non-elites are likely to be able to get around another 200 miles out of their footwear before needing to replace.
