Scottish Championships, Grangemouth, August 13/14
Nick Percy claimed the Scottish native discus record - the best performance by a Scot in Scotland - with a 59.90m throw.
Other highlights included Allan Smith, who took the men’s high jump title with 2.20m, and Allan Hamilton, who won the long jump with 7.52m.

BMC Gold Standard Races, Stretford, August 9
Max Wharton won the BMC 800m in 1:48.81 just ahead of former Olympic 1500m runner Tom Lancashire, who ran 1:48.99.
Junior Markhim Lonsdale was third with 1:49.66.
The 2008 1500m finalist Andy Baddeley won the 1500m in a season's best 3:43.41 from Cameron Boyek's 3:43.67.
Trafford Open, August 9
2015 National cross-country champion Charlie Hulson won the 3000m in 8:17.19.
In the second race, there were some fast women's times with Katrina Wootton (9:01.58) leading home Elinor Kirk's PB 9:02.11 and Lauren Howarth on 9:04.57 and all three go into the Power of Ten top 10 this year.
Watford Open, August 9
European 1500m finalist Jake Wightman improved his 400m PB to 48.34.
There were 24 800m races and the final one was won by junior Christian Von Eitzen in 1:50.05.
Jessica Judd ran the fastest women's time of 2:04.68.
Haddington Half Marathon, August 13
Lindsay Gordon won the men's race in 71:59 while Gillian Palmer was first woman in 81:11.
Sale Sizzler 5km, Manchester, August 11
Jack Martin won in 14:40 from Jack Morris's 14:57.
National cross-country runner-up Claire Duck won the women's race in 16:51.
