BMC Regional Races, Chester le Street, July 25
In finishing second in the senior race, Max Burgin took 1.42 seconds off Ben Pattison's UK under-15 800m record with a time of 1:53.1.
Watford Open, July 27
The 2008 Olympic 1500m finalist Andrew Baddeley won the 3000m in 7:58.00, his best time for four years.
In second place, James West took 16 seconds off his PB to be a close second in 7:58.47.
Belgium, July 30
Adelle Tracey was second in the 800m, clocking 2:01.48 ahead of Alison Leonard with 2:01.71.
Derek Crookes Under-13 Inter-Counties, Kingsmeadow Stadium, July 31
Surrey won both boys' and girls' matches.
Surrey won the girls' 4x100m in a meeting record 51.67, while Jaden Kennedy won the boys' 800m in a meeting record 2:09.00 to take three seconds off the previous best and increase his supremacy at the top of the UK under-13 rankings.
Great Grimsby 10km, July 31
Aaron Scott won in a time of 30:53 while Natalie Burns won the women's race in 36:14.
Magor Marsh 10km, July 31
Tom Merson (30:58) and Emma Stepto (36:20) took the honours.
Self Transcendence 10km, Battersea Park, July 30
The races were won by John Franklin (32:51) and Jen Elkins (36:44).
Tim Wealthall Miles and 5km, Nottingham, July 28
Jake Wightman won the mile in 3:59.4 ahead of Richard Weir's 4:02.4 to become the first to run a sub-four-minute mile in Nottingham.
WMRA Mountain Running World Cup, Telfes im Stubai, Austria, July 31
Robbie Simpson was second behind Petro Mamu of Eritrea in the men's event, clocking 57:39 for the 11.5km course to the winner's 56:07.
