Now in its 67th year, Loughborough International is considered the traditional pipe opener to the UK outdoor track and field season. The meeting features teams from England, Wales, Scotland, GB & NI Under-20s, the National Athletics League plus host team Loughborough.

Femi Akinsanya, director of athletics at Loughborough University, said: “Katarina Johnson-Thompson is one of the biggest names in world athletics and we’re thrilled she’s returning to LIA (Loughborough International Athletics).

“The day always brings an incredible atmosphere as talented athletes compete in a first-class environment. Whether you're a long-time fan or new to the sport, there's something for everyone to enjoy.”

Tickets are £8 for adults and £3 for students and the meeting starts at 10.30am.
