Athletics Integrity Unit says the Ukrainian long and triple jumper is provisionally suspended
Maryna Bekh-Romanchuk, a multiple global medallist in the long and triple jump in recent years, has been provisionally suspended due to suspected use of the banned drug testosterone.
The 29-year-old has specialised in horizontal jumps, winning the European triple jump title in Munich in 2022 and European indoor gold in the long jump in 2021.
At the World Championships she won long jump silver in Doha in 2019 and triple jump silver in Budapest in 2023. In addition she took triple jump silver at the World Indoor Championships in Belgrade in 2022.
