New Amazon television series goes behind the scenes with the Ingebrigtsen brothers in the run-up to the Paris Olympics

A new Amazon six-part series has been aired following the Ingebrigtsen brothers – Jakob, Henrik and Filip – throughout 2024.

As they prepare for the European Championships in Rome and Olympic Games in Paris, the cameras gain an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the lives of the famous family of Norwegian athletes.

Without a coach, following the investigation into their father, Gjert, the cameras reveal the pressures the brothers face as well as their day-to-day lives with growing families.

In episode one, Jakob is expecting a child with his wife Elisabeth and faces injury issues. Henrik juggles running and family challenges, while Filip is unsure of the future.

The series captures the never-before-seen side of the brothers and reveals their home lives and families.

Episode two sees the Ingebrigtsen brothers at their annual training camp in Flagstaff, Arizona. Filip is uncertain about the year ahead after several disappointing seasons. A pregnant Elisabeth joins the camp to spend time with him, while Henrik talks with his wife, Liva, who is struggling at home.

The episode ends the day before Filip's first race.

The series does a great job of showing the human side of the brothers and reveals much about their daily lives, challenges and training.
