The Triumph sits at the top end of Saucony's neutral offering along with the Freedom 3 and the Freedom ISO 2 above the classic, Saucony Ride.
The new cushioning, PWRRUN+ gives a soft and highly responsive feel that’s particularly impressive for what is almost maximal levels of cushioning. The material is 28% lighter than the brand's previous best, which together with that responsive feel makes for a shoe that feels happy at race pace as well as easy jogs.
The upper is soft and padded, especially around the heel collar and that makes for a really nice fit, adapting to the contours of the foot incredibly well.
It’s a durable shoe too, with a crystal rubber outsole performing with near indestructible like wear; it just seems to go on and on!
